Shipping and Returns

1. Processing time.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri ).
Processing time, it’s the time when your order will be picked and packed.

2. Shipping.

At this moment, all orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
For domestic ( UK ) orders, you can choose 1st Class, 2nd Class or Tracked 48 service.

All international orders will be shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked service.

3. Returns.

We offer 30 days return for your order.
If you decide to return your order, please, remember that items can’t be damaged.
If a return will be accepted, you will receive a refund for returned items only.

Customers need to cover postage costs which will not be refunded.
